This course will give you a solid start in preparing tax preparation, enabling you to complete most standard individual tax returns and research tax issues. This 10-lesson course will take you through 1040A and 1040 preparation, Interest and Dividends, Earned Income Tax Credit, Most Common Tax Credits, Adjustments to Income, Other Types of Income (i.e.: Retirement), and Schedule A. As practice makes perfect, this course requires at least two tax returns be prepared for most lessons. The course will also cover interview techniques, as we believe that one of the critical skills necessary in accurate tax preparation is the ability to conduct an effective interview.

This 20-lesson course will give you a solid foundation in individual tax preparation, enabling you to complete all of the standard returns.
